This granola is described on the package as being "inspired by Italian Affogato made with espresso & ice cream."
The Nature's Path website gives this more romantic description: "Take your taste buds to a charming Italian cafe with one bite of our newest granola. We were inspired by the Affogato, a traditional Italian dessert of espresso and ice cream. Bold coffee, black cocoa and rolled oats are baked into crunchy granola clusters. Chunks of Italian white chocolate add a creamy finish. It's a study in contrasts that’s unexpectedly delightful!"
The ingredients listed on the nutrition panel are whole grain rolled oats, fairtrade cane sugar, sunflower oil, white chocolate chunks, fairtrade black cocoa powder, sea salt, fairtrade dried coconut, fairtrade coffee, flavors, rice starch and tocopherols (vitamin E).
