Gremlins Sweetened Cereal was a tie-in for the 1984 adventure-comedy film Gremlins directed by Joe Dante and produced by Steven Spielberg.

The cereal pieces were meant to resemble the film's cute and furry character Gizmo. They looked a little bit like teddy bears.

I never had this cereal, but I *did* have the commercial for it on a tape. Unfortunately, I no longer have the tape. It wore out due to so many repeated watchings.

Yeah! Gremlins! I loved the movie and still do. I didn't get to try the cereal but I would buy two boxes today if it came out again - one to try and one to keep as a collector's item.
