Introduced in 2003
This chocolate cereal from Kellogg's and Disney was described on the box a "naturally sweetened cereal with bug-shaped marshmallows." The main chocolate pieces resembled Cocoa Puffs.
The box featured the characters Timon and Pumbaa from Disney's 1994 animated film The Lion King.
Initially, each box came with a free Disney DVD with previews of the films Toy Story, Lilo and Stitch or Monsters, Inc.
The box that we got our paws on offered a Disney Read-Along DVD with a story, songs and lessons in vocabulary. That box featured a "Munch & Match" picture caption activity on the back.
The first 3 items listed in the very extensive ingredients list were sugar, yellow corn meal and marshmallow bits.

Such a good nostalgic childhood cereal. I would buy this regularly if they brought it back.
