This "chocolate cereal with marshmallows" was introduced as a tie-in with the U.S. theatrical release of Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

The cereal box features an illustration of actor Harrison Ford as Indiana Jones. Interestingly, the illustration is taken from a poster for the first Indiana Jones film, Raiders of the Lost Ark, from 1981, and not from the film whose release coincided with the cereal's debut.

The marshmallows in Indiana Jones cereal came in the shapes of a crystal skull, Indy's hat, a torch and the Temple of Akator.

I have 2 unopened boxes I bought when the cereal came out. I do this mostly with the truly absurd cereals that come out. I had seen a full box listed for $600.00 on ebay a few months back.

I remember this but didn't know it was chocolate. Cool box, but I really have a dislike for too many chocolate cereals. Cocoa Pebbles & that's about it. :)

I don't thing this ever made it to Wisconsin or else it was out for a very, very short time. Wish I could have tried it. I love Indiana Jones!
