This is one of the very few breakfast cereals to include cashews as a key component. The "zing" in Ginger Zing came from organic ginger. The cereal was labeled USDA Organic and Low Sodium.

A very tasty and unique flavored cereal, good contrast between all the components and it leaves you feeling full and satisfied. I went on a binge of eating this cereal for half a year before I switched to a different cereal. Recommend everyone try this at least once.
