This high-fiber organic cereal with 8 whole grains promoted itself on the front of the box with the phrase, "Greater than the Sum of its Parts."

The first three ingredients listed on the nutrition panel were organic wheat bran, organic whole wheat meal and organic rolled oats.

According to the box, Synergy was "high fiber... low fat... whole grain... low sodium... (and) USDA organic."

Be it snack or breakfast. I love this cereal, and it checks every condition on my health list (none the least of which is the no-sodium).
