This cereal consists of multibran flakes with visible specs of flax seed. They have a slightly nutty flavor when compared to wheat flakes or corn flakes. According to the cereal box, this cereal is "high fiber" and an "excellent source of ALA Omega-3s."

The first three ingredients listed on the side panel are whole wheat flour, wheat bran and evaporated cane juice.

This cereal is pretty good. It tastes very whole and hearty, but is just a little light and sweet, which I like. Overall a nice, healthy choice.
