The initial box for this cereal made the following claims: "high fiber... low fat... whole grain... USDA organic... 11g fiber per serving... 600mg Omega-3 per serving."

The first three ingredients on the side panel are organic whole wheat meal, organic wheat bran and organic raisins (coated with organic sun flour oil). It's sweetened with organic evaporated cane juice.
