The complete name of this cereal is Organic Flax Plus Pumpkin Raisin Crunch.
It was described like this on the back of the box (in early 2009):
"Flax Plus Pumpkin Raisin Crunch has all the scrumptious taste you crave, as well as all those healthy, USDA Certified Organic ingredients you've come to expect from Nature's Path.
"Flax Plus Pumpkin Raisin Crunch is high in fiber, it contains Omega-3's (the 'good' fats), and all the benefits of whole grains. And, it's good to know that our ingredients are just as nature intended.

My family doctor told me to start taking Lipitor because my cholesterol was 241. Instead I started eating a bowl of Pumpkin Raisin Crunch 5 days a week. My cholesterol is now 142 less than a year later. I did nothing else to alter it. This is an amazing cereal.
