The complete name of this cereal is Organic Flax Plus Red Berry Crunch. The front of the box declares that it is an "excellent source of Omega-3".

The side of the box asks the question, "What's good about Flax Plus Red Berry Crunch?" It then goes on to answer its own question. "It's a good source of fiber, has Omega 3's and 6's, and the vitamin-rich real fruit is organically delicious!"

On the back of the box, we're told, "With fiber, Omega-3s and real fruit... It's tasty, wholesome and very well read."

The cereal is comprised of whole wheat flakes, clusters, flax seeds, freeze-dried strawberry and raspberry pieces, and rolled oats.

This cereal is simply amazing... the strawberries and raspberries combined with the subtle textures of granola and crunch of the flakes provide an amazing red berry experience!
