This is one of my regular cereals. After a time of 'clean' eating, you don't really miss the sugar. I like the texture of this. My only gripe is the high price, but I guess that's to be expected.

We''ve tried all the flavors... and we like this one the best! I love mine with a little stevia, fresh fruit and coconut milk.

As a Type II (Adult Onset) Diabetic, I'm on a sugar and carbohydrate restricted diet. My naturopath told me about Food for Life's Ezekiel Bread years ago; I've found the cereal is like a combination of Post Grape Nuts and bird seed. It takes some getting used to, but it grows on you. Try nuking it in milk for a minute or two. It softens the texture and makes it even more palatable.

This is a wonderful cereal. Low glycemic carbs, good taste especially with stevia, My husband and I have for dinner every night! Good for a no sugar diet and carb diet.
