This cereal was described on the box as "naturally and artificially caramel flavored... lightly sweetened crunchy whole wheat squares." The cereal pieces were reminiscent in shape to Golden Grahams, a General Mills cereal that was introduced in 1975. Each serving of Caramel Delight Fiber One provided 35% daily value of fiber (9 grams).

I thought the caramel flavor was really good. One of the best Fiber One cereals. Weird it didn't stick around longer. I loved it.

Caramel Delight was the only Fiber One cereal I would eat. My 8 grandchildren loved it as well. We have looked everywhere for it in Shreveport, La. Where can we find it? Can it be ordered?

I love Fiber One Carmel Delight cereal by General Mills. It's my favorite cereal & the BEST that Fiber One has made. I have tried the others & they SUCK! I have searched HIGH & LOW & CAN NOT find my Carmel Delight ANYWHERE. PLEASE bring the cereal back if it's been discontinued. I LOVE IT! Bring it back PLEASE!
