As described by the front of the box, this cereal is made up of "abundantly delicious organic whole wheat biscuits".
It's similar to Frosted Mini-Wheats... minus the frosting. The wheat biscuits here are lightly sweetened which does give the cereal a flavor similar to that of original Frosted Mini-Wheats cereal.
The side-panel of the box in 2008 gives an in-depth, often verbose and occasionally dreamy description of the cereal:

Our wheat is sown in the autumn when the leaves change colors, and it's harvested during the heat of summer.
