This cinnamon-flavored cereal was made up of flakes and small hexigon-shaped pieces of Nature Valley granola bars. The flakes were made from rice, oats, wheat and corn.

Each one cup serving of the cereal had 230 calories, 3 grams total fat, 48 grams total carbs, 16 grams of sugar and 4 grams of protein.

It was introduced at the same time as Nature Valley Oats 'N Honey Cereal which was also comprised of flakes and granola bar pieces.
