This cereal was sweet and flavorful thanks to healthy dose of honey and cinnamon. Each serving provided 7 grams of fiber and 8 grams of protein. The Weight Watchers website called it "the ideal companion on your journey to better health and a lean body."

This was part of a suite of Weight Watchers cereals that also included 2 varieties of Honey Almond Crisp, Vanilla Puffed Wheat and Flakes 'n Fiber cereal.

This is the best cereal on the planet! I tried it at a hotel for the first time and I LOVE it! I'm going to buy a million boxes of it! It tastes so good!
