This cereal was described on the box as "whole grain flakes with lightly sweetened crunchy clusters, cranberries & blueberries." The cereal promised "3g prebiotic fiber per serving... for digestive health."

In June of 2008, Post recalled 12,553 cases of Live Active Mixed Berry Crunch because some boxes were found to contain traces of tree nuts. No such nuts were declared on the ingredients list.

Love Live Active Ceral as well - very hard to find though - matter of fact I haven't been able to find it for the past 4 or 5 months - Lacrosse and EauClaire Wisconsin
