Introduced in 1980
A 1983 advertisement described this cereal as "The only nutty cornflake anyone makes." It's believed that this cereal was later repackaged and presented as Nut & Honey Crunch cereal.
According to the ad, "...it's not just different - It's delicious. We start with our old friend Kellogg's Corn Flakes cereal, add a touch of golden, nutritious honey and lots of real, chunky nuts. It's the perfect combination - old-fashioned goodness and just plain good."
Another ad, from 1980, made reference to the fact that small pieces of nuts were visible on the cereal flakes, "See the nuts right on the flakes. Hear the crunch in every spoonful."

Featuring:
Honey Nut Crow
Little is known about this Honey & Nut Cornflakes pitchman beyond the fact that he was an orange crow with a bandanna around his neck and he used suspenders to hold up his cuffed blue jeans. We've also surmised from photographic evidence that he used to part his hair in the middle.

The time that this cereal was introduced came shortly after the NEW MICKEY MOUSE CLUB OF 1977 was cancelled.
