This cereal was described on a recent box as a "crunchy oatmeal cereal" with a "hint of brown sugar." Some people consider this cereal to be Regular Oatmeal Squares, making no distinction of a particular flavor.

This is a cereal for the adults and the kids. It holds its crunch in milk and is fantastic as a take-with-you snack. Sweet, but not too sweet. I know of no better cereal. Period.

It is very good. However, the fiber will do what fiber does. Go easy on it until you discover that one bowl at a time is your limit. It makes a great on-the-go stand alone snack as well as with milk for breakfast cereal.

Fabulous way to get oats into your body. My usual is to have some in a sandwich bag and munch on them on my way to work. Great way when you're rushed to get out the door in the morning. Also great way to keep regular :-)

My favorite cereal. I ate it for snacks during Desert Storm after grabbing several one serving boxes from the mess hall each morning. I still eat it today.
