This is Health Valley's version of Rice Chex cereal. The familiar cereal pieces with its checkered pattern of interwoven strands have been duplicated by many cereal companies. The only ingredients in this cereal are rice, corn bran, evaporated cane juice, salt and an injection of Vitamin E to help keep everything fresh. The cereal box also notes that this product is "fat free."
