The box for this cereal notes that it is an "excellent source of whole grain... (a) good source of six B vitamins... (and it has) 5g fiber."

This cereal has two unique things going for it. First, the box describes it as 70% organic. Cereal boxes either say a cereal is organic or they don't mention it. It is very rare to see a percentage placed on a cereal's organic-ness. The second thing is that this cereal is partially flavored with natural amaretto. This is a rare ingredient to appear in a cereal's ingredient list. Although, it is possible it's contained in other cereals but shown under the umbrella of "natural and artificial flavors."

The first four ingredients on this cereal's side panel are organic oats, organic cane juice, organic oat bran and almonds.

The greatest cereal ever. I love it, my wife loves it, my daughter loves it (since she tried it at 8 years old). Unfortunately, it's hard to get and expensive.
