Health Valley claims that this is the first cereal ever to be high in Omega-3 fatty acids and lignans. Flax seeds are known to be a good source of Omega-3s and lignans.

The first ingredient listed on this cereal's nutrition panel is organic grains and fibers which is explained as a combination of wheat, oats, wheat bran, brown rice, barley, oat bran, amaranth, corn and soy. The second and third ingredients are organic cane juice and organic golden flax seeds, respectively.
