This cereal was described on the front of the box like this:
"Health Valley Blue Corn Flakes is an all-natural cereal made with no genetically engineered ingredients... 99% organic ingredients.... good source of fiber... fat free & very low sodium."
The first three ingredients listed on its side panel were organic blue corn, organic cane juice and organic brown rice flour.

So sad about the discontinuing of this product. This happens when companies get bought out.

I am very disappointed that they discontinued Health Valley Blue Corn Flakes. I truly hope they once again produce this wonderful cereal. Please let me know if you hear of any plans for them to manufacture the Blue Corn Flakes Cereal again.

This is my all time favorite - high in fiber and low in calories. It tastes wonderful without any added sweetener. It is gluten free. I am so disappointed that I can no longer find it at Whole Foods (at Woods Nutrition) my local health food store in Livingston, Texas.
