This low fat granola includes a "Stay Fresh Fruit Pouch" to keep the dates as soft and moist as possible up until the time you add them to the rest of the cereal. The ingredients don't included almonds, but they do show natural almond flavor, along with natural vanilla flavor. The first four ingredients shown are oats, dates, cane juice and brown rice flour.
