This is Healthy Valley's version of Corn Chex cereal. It has the crosshatch, interwoven pattern that so many companies have duplicated. The ingredients in this cereal are simple: corn, corn bran, evaporated cane juice, salt and shot of natural Vitamin E (which was added to preserve freshness according to the company's website). Each serving of the cereal provides 2 grams of dietary fiber and 2 grams of protein with only 2 grams of sugar.
