The complete name of this cereal is Health Valley Organic Multi-Grain Maple Honey Nut Square-Ems.

The cereal pieces are pillow-shaped and resemble those in Quaker Oat Squares cereal.

The first five ingredients listed on the side panel are organic whole oat flour, organic whole wheat flour, organic evaporated cane juice, organic oat fiber and organic maple syrup.

The cereal box has described the cereal as an "excellent source of whole grain (with) 8 grams fiber."
