This granola cereal was described on the box as "all natural, nutritious & delicious" with "all day energy" for "every day health." Each serving provided 8 grams of protein, 8 grams of fiber and 1,300mg Omega-3s from ground flax seed. At one time, the cereal box declared, "New crunchy recipe... guaranteed delicious."

The first five ingredients listed on the side panel were whole rolled oats, ground flax seed, evaporated cane juice, mixed fruit concentrate and honey. As the name implied, it also contained sliced almonds. Molasses, dried apples and cinnamon gave it a unique flavor.

I love this cereal. Why can't I buy it anymore. Has the company gone out of business. It's my all-time favorite.
