A Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal Cook Book. "All to often, when the average person sits down to the table, he eats a "minus" meal. He may not feel that anything is lacking. The food may be good and well-cook and flavored. Yet something is missing. This something is "bulk" - needed to promote natural elimination... add this (All-Bran) and the meal is complete."
