Reliable and Friendly service. Ihop is my go to breakfast in Denton.

Also the worst IHOP I've ever been to. The first time we tried it, there were lots of ants crawling on the window sill next to us and occasionally onto our table.

The second time we went (thought we'd give them another chance - 6 months later), the place stank like god knows what.

We tried it again recently because we were in a hurry, but we turned around and went straight back out without getting a table. The smell of cleaner mixed with grease and BO was overwhelming.

If you want IHOP, go to the one in Hickory Creek (swisher exit) about 5-10m south of this.

This ihop is right next to a college campus, so it run by college kids. In spite of that, the restaurant was clean and the service was good. I recommend the chicken fried steak and eggs to everyone. You get a lot of food for your money here.

This has got to be the worst I-Hop that I have ever been to. The coffee taste like oil even after dumping a ton of sugar in it. Overall insde was not the cleanest either. Decided to leave and go elsewhere for food.
