A great find! Packed house is worth the wait. Order delectable treats - watch out for the homemade donuts - at the counter & they serve you a freshly prepared meal. Blueberry pancakes packed full of plump, juicy berries. We went 2 times of our 3 day vacation. The best fresh fruit I have ever had at a restaurant. (visited in August 2005)

Do not miss this honey of a spot!

killer food, and the people who run the place are so down to earth you just feel good about giving them your business! everything is fresh & delicious, and they bake all their muffins etc. on the premises every day.

fyi, they also have 2 other restaurants: 'st. germain's cafe' (also in encinitas, right down the street from honey's) and the 'beach grass cafe' in solana beach.
