I've been eating at Ziggy's for a few years and don't care to go anywhere else. The food is excellent and they serve big helpings. I usually have to take some home. They serve breakfast whenever you want. Their chicken fried steak and eggs are out of this world! I have only one problem with Ziggy's. ...their menu is so diverse, it's hard to choose sometimes. Do yourself a favor and go there. You won't regret it. :)

Go to the Ziggie's on South Campbell, the others don't even compare and constantly fail the health inspections. The food is always good at this Ziggie's, they're open 24/7 (one of the few places in Springfield that is) and there can be a wait sometimes, but usually it's not bad at all.

this was a good place to eat..i liked our waitress but the manager in charge kept walking around staring at us like we shouldnt of been there. and i dont like that when we are paying customers..he needs to get better people skills

Had breakfast at your new cafe in Kansas, rated it ok: coffee too weak and my husband said the hashbrowns tasted stale/dry. My overall complaint...when the guy cleaning the tables used the cloth to wipe chairs and then used same cloth to clean tables--not even a pale of cleaning solution around. As a healthcare worker, that's not very sanitary...who knows where people have been...just spreading it all around!

I used to be a good customer of Ziggys in Nixa. There food has just gone down hill bigtime it just sux! I wrote them about the rotten meal i had last time i was there. They never had the courtesy to even get back to me. WHich is fine they have lost a customer that used to eat there at least twice a week for 2 years. I WILL NEVER EAT AT ZIGGYS AGAIN THERE SERVICE IS CRAP AND THERE FOOD IS JUST BAD!!!!!!!

Accidentally found this restaurant while in Springfield for a funeral. Stopped to grab a quick bite before visitation, the Chicken Marcella was excellent, dessert was included in the meal. Returned later for coffee & pie with family. We gave it a high recommendation to friends, couldn’t wait for breakfast!!!!! Great service.
Prices seemed very cheap compared to where I live. Very friendly folks! I will return someday!

Never have had bad service, or bad food there. Every different plate I've had, has been delicious and very reasonably priced. It's my favorite stop on Sat/Sun mornings! Their hamburgers are the best in town too!

I had the pleasure of going to Ziggy's about a year ago, when my husband and I were vacationing in MO with his family. This cafe is THE BEST cafe I have ever been to in my thirty four years on this planet. The staff was extremely nice, the atmosphere was inviting, and the food...oh my stars...it is the absolute greatest food!! Pay no mind to the naysayers that give Ziggy's a low rating, because they obviously have no idea what in the world they are talking about. Ziggy's is the place to be!! Be there or be square!!! Gold stars all the way around for Ziggy's!!!! :o)

I visit Springfield several times a year and alway look forward to the wonderful resturants but this one takes the cake. First the menu had several pages with breakfeast items. At first i deceided on the country benedict, and then turned the page to fine the international omlet section. How is a girl to choose.. overall the best breakfeast in springfield, if not in the United States.

One of the best breakfast restaurants I have ever eaten at. Waitresses were very fast and very good. The place was very busy, but the waiting time between ordering and getting served was short. The omelets were large and filling. I travel over 12,000 miles a month and eat at a lot of restaurants by necessity, not choice. This is about as good as it can get on the road. Almost as good as Mom's.

Average in every way. Of course, much depends upon who is doing the cooking!!! Quality of table service also varies depending upon who is doing the waitressing. I really liked the one gal whose three top blouse buttons were undone and who bent over right in front of me repeatedly. One visit stuck with me for awhile........ I continuously passed gas starting a couple hours after eating and continued until later that afternoon. The exhaust was of the proverbial "silent but deadly" type. Silent and very deadly. I've smells 4-day-old road kill in the middle of summer that smelled better. I took advantage of the event by going shopping after work. As I passed folks I released the noxious fumes. Within minutes a fresh batch was ready for dissemination. What a great time!!!!!!!! Some of the comments overheard about the disgusting smell were humorous to the extreme. Can't wait to eat there again!!!!

Why would anyone want to eat in a resturant that
defies all city ordinances and also The Missouri
clean Indoor Law. This is backstabbing tactic to undermine the ordinces of the cities. I will never give you my patronange again.
