Loved it. Got the apple pancakes they are known for with ice cream - to die for. My husband got blueberry pancakes and the fruit is baked right into the pancakes, unlike other places that just put the fake fruit stuff on top and then claim them as fruit pancakes. Even though it was packed, we were sat rather quickly. The service was attentive and friendly and the food was quick and delicious. Better than the brownstone diner in Jersey City BY FAR!!! I'd definitely drive to any other location if i had to. This is my new breakfast spot.

By far the best around. I've been going to this place for 11 years now. It has become a family tradition.

Original Pancake House is a great breakfast experience. The service can be slow, especially when crowded, but that is because the food is freshly prepared. The Apple Pancake is one of the best breakfast items i have ever had and the Dutch Baby (with lemon, butter, and powdered sugar) is a unique treat. I would also recommend the huge omelettes which are oven baked and fluffy. (They come with a side of pancakes)Once you try these pancakes you will not be able to eat the dense and flavorless pancakes that are "generally" found at diners. This experience is worth the additional price and the occasional wait.

freshly squeezed orange juice and real thick good bacon i dont know what this guy above me is talking about saying it was horrible. THe pancakes are a yeast starter pancake and there amazing. I'lll be back there every weekend even though the lines are pretty big.... once i tried them i cant go and get a regular diner pancake, it just doesnt taste or feel the same anymore. Anyway definatly A+

If you want awesome homemade pancakes go to the Original Pancake House! They have awesome bacon - nice and crispy! There omlettes are oven baked - mmm mmm good! All the portions are big and they are all delicious!
