I love small breakfast diner places that have great food, affordable prices, and friendly service. This is not one of those places. The food is good - not remarkable. The prices are not what you would expect for such a place. Go to Dunkin Donuts next door if you want breakfast and still be able to pay your other bills. While I was eating I witnessed the owner berating waitresses. Very rude. When our check arrived it was not totaled, nor was the tax added. The customer is expected to do this. When I asked the waitress to give us a total she haned the check back and orally told me the amount. Not sure that is even legal. There are many better places to go in the area. Do not waste your money or your morning.

I used to go there occasionally while I was attending Hampshire College from 1988-1992. I loved how the waitress would ask 'how may coffees?' right when you walked in the door. Sometimes the coffee would arrive at your table before you did. Good times, good times...
