Not really rotten - food's average quality but expensive - however - they DON'T serve breakfast!!! (or lunch either)

Why are they on this "Breakfast Places" list???

One of the NICEST places i have ever been to. It sets on top of a cliff that over looks the Pacific Ocean; it is beautiful and they even have valet parking!
