We love to come to your restaurant for the Chicken Pot Pie, HOWEVER, on the last four occasions you were completely out. This is ridiculous. The waitresses always tell us they get many complaints because others too have been disappointed that you are out of this dinner. Common sense tells me that if you have a popular dish, you would increase the number of them that you prepare daily. Even increasing the number by just 4 or 6 makes sense to me. If I keep getting disappointed, I'll take my business elsewhere.

We stoped by this Bob Evans on 02/16/03. When we pulled on to the parking lot we were meet by Bob he was helping park cars. We Were going home after a vacation in Orlando. Bob assured us that we would be taken care of in a timily fashion. We didn't know that the Daytona 500 was being run accross the street. We were parked right in front of the restaurant.

While they were very busy we were seated right away by Nikki. Serina was our waitress, She was very pleasant and fulfiled our very need. (she was very busy) George kept our coffee cups full and table cleared of dirty dishes. We use this service when we are on the road because poor food and service is more common than most would think. Bob Evans and team did a great job of making what could have been a bad choice. The trafic was bad getting back on I-95 but well worth it. Thanks
