This is a place where there are lots of "regulars" because the food is good and well-priced. They actually seem to like children customers here (unlike another place in town) and are very accomodating to special needs or requests. The kids seem mesmorized by the airplanes landing and taking off and don't become bored and start to ask when we're leaving after being there five minutes. Everything is made after you order it and they're busy enough that everthing always seems fresh. For the same price or a little more than MacDonalds, it can't be beat.

We are originally from Andover, and used to bring our kids (all three were then under 5) to Joes Landing at least twice a month. We'd meet there with other friends with kids, grab a big table by the windows, and enjoy a mediocre breakfast. The big draw, of course, is that we adults could eat in relative peace while the kids were mezmerized by the active little airstrip. After breakfast, we'd head outside to a little fenced-in grassy area where the kids could blow off steam while we grown-ups chatted a bit on benches as we digested breafast.

No award-winning breakfasts here, but normal, good-enough food and a great diversion for kids.

The best bacon anywhere. A side order of bacon is about 8 pieces and very crispy. You can also watch the planes take off and land while you eat. Often a long wait on Sunday mornings, but it's worth it.
