The Montana City Grill recently changed hands and the new owners are putting it over the top for food quality and service. We hosted a suprise birthday dinner there for a friend last weekend because most other places here closed early and it was excellent!!! We plan to go there again and again.

NOT A BIG MENU BUT, THE BEST OMELLETTE IN THE AREA, GREAT HASHBROWNS AND FRENCH TOAST, TOO. THE WAITRESSES ARE FRIENDLY AND THEY SERVE REALLY GOOD COFFEE. THE OWNER POURS COFFEE AND CHECKS ON YOUR MEAL, VERY FRIENDLY.

The Montana City Grill now only serves breakfast on Sunday. They advertise they serve breakfast until 1:00 PM, but if it gets too slow they will stop serving breakfast prior to that time. I have called ahead to confirm they are still serving breakfast, but when I got there 10 minutes later they had stopped serving breakfast. The service at this restuarant can vary greatly. The last time I ate here it took 30 minutes for a very simple order, and when the food came to our table it was only "warm". The time before this we waited only about 10 minutes for a party of four... The food is basic, but they do have good huckleberry pancakes during the summer.
