Great place to go for Sunday brunch. Prices are pretty good for all you get. They specialize in Indian food for dinner and lunch, so it's a cool surprise that they make great breakfast too. I believe they only have brunch on Sunday, but I'm not 100% sure about that.

I heard about them and I'm interested if they think about franchising or not? If it's possible, I'd like to open their Istanbul bureau.

I have been a loyal patron of the White Tiger for years. Their weekend buffet is a prelude to an outstanding menu. The family and customer oriented staff are amazing. I had the fortune of eating dinner there New Years Eve one year and they invited my party of 11 down to their personal celebration and put us on Indian TV. I met the previous owner, Joli, at that celebration. I met the current owners during my search for a wedding caterer. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG at the White Tiger. The Vindaloo is hot hot hot but very flavorful, the Onion Kulcha is to die for and even the Tandoori Salmon is great (and I don't like Salmon) that should tell you something!

White Tiger is only open for breakfast once a week, on Sundays. Thank God, because the daily temptation of this restaurant would put too much of a strain on your life. Imagine trying to leave the house in the morning, confronting your daily slice of stale burnt bread while the lingering memory of delicate spices and fragrant sauces mocked you. It would be a miracle if you made it to work without a least a White Tiger drive by.
The food is absolutely exquisite -- the city's best Indian -- and the self-serve chafing dish line that they put out for brunch somehow does not diminish the experience. The murgh makhani is delicate and intricate, the sag paneer richly flavored, and even the plain nan served at White Tiger seems layered and textured.
Definitely make it to White Tiger on a Sunday, and consider taking it even one step further -- have them pack you up a to go bag, and then walk over to the Capitol for a lazy picnic reading under the cherry trees.
