should sell dog food ,or hire people that don t spend most of the time fooling around

I have a complaint about the Burger King location at Galleria in London, Ontario. My son and a friend of his had ordered lunch (burgers and fries) at this location on Friday, August 8, 2003. The burgers were RAW and the fries were cold. When the boys had mentioned this to the person at the cash she had stated that there was nothing she could do about it, and it was not her responsiblity to ensure the food was prepared properly. The boys are both slightly challenged and it did not occur to them to ask for a manager. It was very rude and wrong of the customer service representative to treat the boys in the manner she did, and the boys have both decided that they will never eat at a Burger King restaurant ANYWHERE again!!!

They are usually pretty fast if you in a hurry, they are really nicee people most of the time and the food is usually nice and hot, even in the drive thru! I really like their sasauge and egg crossantwiches
