EVERYONE from or anyone that has been in Wichita for anytime know Toc's. It's a place a lot of older people like to hang out. The new smokers law has just gone into effect, so I don't know how it willbe now. But it was ALWAYS heavy with smoke, but also ALWAYS good food! They have what they call Tatder babies that are FAT fries about a inch wide and fuffy inside and crispy out! Oh yum! I think I will have to go to breakfast there just thinking about them! They serve them with a side of gravy to dip them in, but what is better is ranch salad dressing! Theres is thick and really good! Good prices too! They do keep your coffee cup filled too. After the new smokers law I may justgo more often, that all that ever offended my family. The waitress's are the kind of good ole' country gal type.

Toc's has a very comfortable atmosphere. I like the pitched A-frame wood ceiling, the counter with stools, and the all booth seating. It is a bit smoky, but I easily overlook that for the great food and cozy feel. Coffee is very strong there and you never have to ask for refills on that or on the water. Wait staff is friendly (not overly chatty) and quick and efficient.

Great place to eat... Has a smoking section, service is good. Coffee is a bit strong in my opinion, though. Food values are great. Not the cheapest in town, but good value for the buck. Recommend.

The side items are amazing and really cheap! I always go for the biscuits and gravy. My coffee was refilled without me asking once. The place always smells of smoke though, but it's not bad.

A decent place more for the 'morning after' people.Was a lil greasy for me,and had to send my eggs back to re-cook-asked for overmed-but was WAY too runny for me personally.Coffee was good,but had to ask for refill twice!
