Great coffee, EXCELLENT breakfast potatoes, tasty bacon, fast friendly service, AMAZING prices, and you get to sit near a golf course with trees and park for free -- can't beat that!

Kick-ass bacon platter. Bacon, eggs, white toast with a little butter and jam, potatoes with cheese 'n' onions, good sweet tea, and a cute waitress named Erin to boot. If their hours would line-up with the Roost's across the street, they could be dangerous.

Eatz is exactly what it says it is. No more and no less.

No attitudes. No euro-chic breakfasts. just good old fashioned coffee and breakfast.

Hope you get a good waiter/waitress. Service is slow. Over the years I've frequented this spot for convienance but the service is always the same. Busboys are faster.

I just had an excellent morning. In Los Felez, just passed Griffith Park, there's a little golf course. My game wasn't great, but at the edge of the 9th hole is one of the finest little greasy spoons L.A. has to offer... Eatz Cafe.

The service was outstanding. I had an American cheese omelette with a side of chipped-beef on toast. It was a simple breakfast, nothing fancy. It was also simply delicious.

Every time my coffee reached the half-way point, our friendly waitress appeared to give it warm-up.

My breakfast, with side-dish and coffee, came in under $7.00.

Enjoying an good omelette while looking out over the green... I recommend it.
