I came here for a date night with my wife and i spent more time trying to get my waitress to bring me the right order than enjoying my dinner. And when i went to pay the girl at the register was texting on her phone and gave me the wrong change. Never again... Worst service,

Don't expect to be greeted at this restaurant, my family and I stood there for at least 5 minutes. We even had to request coloring sheets for my son.A tall bald foreign man was flirting with the waitresses when I entered the restaurant that evening. My waitress was so busy flirting with the older gentleman that me and my family didn't even receive refills. My husband didn't even get a refill on his coffee. Our orders were wrong and our food was cold. We asked that our food be recooked but was cooked in the microwave instead. I was very disappointed. I asked our server to speak to the manager but she said the manager was to busy on the phone to speak with us. You could hear him talking on his cell phone at the front of the restaurant. This was the worst service I have ever had, and I will NOT give any referrals to this restaurant. Actually, I will tell EVERYONE I know. never to come here. And on top of all this, the waitress had her hair down and when she brought us our food, her hair touched our food. So disgusting. What kind of restaurant is this? More like a circus than a family establishment. Come hungry leave starving.

I came in on a sunday afternoon and I will never return the staff were all rude and the food was cold. My waitress seemed to spend more time talking to friends than meeting my dining needs. I was very displeased after hearing that this was the place to go for great food and great service.Not to mention i sat through most of my cold meal with an empty drink.

The night time staff are welcoming and laid back . This makes for very nice and relaxing dining. Best service I have had in while. And the waitresses there are all very great at making sure all your dining needs are met.

it was the best i have ever had in the united states i was traveling from the east coast and we stoped for some grub and it is one of the top of the line IHOPs i have ever been in

best sevice i have ever had i was traveling from texas to the greatlakes for spring break and we stoped and ate and then we got directions from the nice manager on how to get to which highway and they had the nices staff and they were all dressed nicely and they had a very clean restraunt and hopfully will return soon to eat there again

the best sevice i have ever had the servers and the host and including the cooks and managers were amazing the owner should be proud of what they are doing in that store i walked in there on sunday after church and i decided to take my whole family of 10 and we waited for about 12 minutes but they quoted me 15-20 they sat us at a talbe that would fit more and i like the space that we had most restraunts do not have that much space for all of use. they took our order and in no time the food started to come out the server was an older red head and she was the best she stayed with us until we payed and i love the atmosphere of the restraunt even the cashier was so nice and helpful so i could get on my way and the price of the breakfast was outstanding every person in my family got some sort of a combo and the total came out to $54.76 not bad for a group of 10 with 4 teenagers that are completely full thank you IHOP

Of course you have a 30 min. wait for a table. Then you have to deal with the waitresses and waiters. They take to long at getting your food and when you get it it is usually ice cold. Then you get all sorts of debris in a glass off water and I just don't like that (stuff) in my drink. I think there is a manager that better get off his/her butt and make sure that everything gets done and done RIGHT!

From prior reviews, I armed myself with a book to read on my first visit to IHOP at noon on Sunday. I was pleasantly surprised. Although a waiting line, I was seated within four minutes. The table was clean. My waitress greeted me as I was sitting down and scurried to bring me my own pot of fresh coffee. I ordered French toast with strawberries. I was amazed with the courteous and intelligent, well-trained staff. I didn't even have an opportunity to open my book. The food was served in no time at all - French toast delicately crisp on the outside and yummy rich on the inside, with a generous serving of strawberries. Perfect! My waitress was inobtrusively attentive to my needs. ALL STAFF seemed to have received exceptional training in the art of SERVING customers. It's a 25-minute drive to the IHOP for me - but well worth the time. I would recommend it to anybody who appreciates being pampered!
