Germaine's. .... Sadly I had never 8te @ RUDYS & SALLYS.......... I have however eaten at Germaine's.
BETTER than the nearby chain(Dingleberry's}
Fast service and quick food, cook to perfection.
This place makes breakfast in the traditional Dive manner!!!!!! just what i was looking 4...The only chicken fried steak I have found on this side town!!!!!! I WILL GO BACK!!!!!!!

Rudy and Sally's is gone and so is the good food!!!
Went to the new place shortly after opening, it's now called Germaine's. The best I can say is the salt was good. We ordered a bacon and egg breakfast. The bacon was thinnest and poorest quality I have ever seen and had a rancid taste. We miss Rudy and Sally's very much and we well never return to Germaine's

This might be great if you are one of their "regular" customers. We sat and watched while others were welcomed and served coffee. We were totally ignored. We didn't get any coffee or menus. After about ten minutes of this we left. Will never go back!

Ate here twice, first time was ok, food nothing to brag about, good, but average, Hucklberry was FULL, next time waited for ever, thought we were invisable,(a good 10 to 15 min. NO LIE!) We left. When the other coments say they cater to regulars they are not kidding! Not sure how many times you have to go to get your regular badge? but yall keep going there, it will take the pressure off at Hucks. Would never go back!

they inly had one cook at the time so the food was slow. The toast was over done and the bacon unevenly cooked. Good pancakes and good waffles. i would only go again if huckleberry square was full and i was hungry.

Aaaah, the sound of gossip over the din of Montel. This place is a teeny mom & pop (make that pop and daughter) that serves a crew of aging dirty old men who oogle at my wife. But their omelets are nice and big and yummy served up by nice people at a good price.

We first heard about this place at mrbreakfast.com.
Gave it a shot and were very pleased with the results. Pancakes, burgers, clam chowder, and french dip were all very good.
Definetely worth a try.
The breakfast beats Huckleberry by far.
p.s. it's on the south west corner of 149th and Ambaum. The map is deceiving.

Rudy & Sally's is a great, friendly family-owned restaurant. Their homemade chicken noodle soup on Thursdays is the best anywhere. Everyone always remembers your name and they love kids! They do need a bigger A/C unit in the summer.

This place for breakfast beats Huckleberry's down the street. Although people after us were attended to before us, (I expect they were regulars), we had a great tasting breakfast...pancakes, waffles and eggs/hbrowns. All of it delicious! The place is very small though.

This place remembers kids and treats them as celebrities. The food is pretty good (the best salmon I've had) and they pamper repeat customers. I feel very welcome every time I eat here.
