Yesterday me and my husband went to IHOP... our visits are usually really nice.. well this time when we got our food there was a HAIR in his egg.. so what did they do they gave him an extra egg and said we didnt have to pay for it.. so we didnt pay 93 cents of our meal.. i was so disgusted.. on top of that the manager said "uh oh someone needs to wear their hairnet or someone just shaved"... jokingly i wanted to gag.. it was one of the most horrible experiences i've had there..

I was very disappointed this past Thur. eve. when myself @ 2 ladies(one of them 93 yrs. old)
were told it would be 15 or 20 minutes before we could be seated as there wasn't enough wait staff
to serve us. I presumed that all the booths & tables were full but looking around I saw several booths & tables were empty. It just seems to me this is very poor management of a very popular restaurant. Thanks for listening.

Their French toast is to die for not to mention the Belgian Waffles
