We went there for breakfast at the end of August. The waitress had not been trained properly--1) Greet new customers as they come in, and hand them menus right away, so they can be deciding while you are doing other jobs. 2) Make sure the customers get what they asked for (and not what they asked NOT to receive!)--this is the job of the waitress, and whether or not you do this might be why you may or may not get a tip! Please learn from this. BTW, the coffee hardly had any flavor at all. Little stronger, please??

I have been to a lot of diners and I must say they are usualy good places to get good homestyle food like grandma cooked. Daddypops Tumble Inn Diner is one place you don't want to miss. Great food great service and great conversation (providing they aren't slammed)I have been there several times and enjoy it always.

This diner is ok, it's a little expensive for my taste, and when I was there, the people where fighting back and forth. Ya know I eat out so I don't have to hear people yelling at each other. It may be family owned but they do not get along. I will not be eating there again. and the food is greasy and very unhealthy. It's fine for a truck driver, slob, or a homeless person, cuz they have them outside their diner. gross. I didn't know it was a soup kitchen, lol.

this socalled sexchef on the comments above ought to stick to what his name Implies rather than trying to rate food service or the type of food considering where he probably eats most of the time, he obviosly doesn't know what he is talking about, the tumble inn is a quaint family run reataurant, in a 1938 Worsester Dining Carr, the breakfast is super and the plates are overfull, the prices are middle of the road, you will definately enjoy yiour trip to the tumble inn Diner

Claremont, NH isn't exactly known for good food. In fact, it's dang near impossible to find a good meal in that town since Todafrali's Deli closed.
But there is one notable exception: The Tumble Inn Diner. A classic Worcester Diner Car that's still churning out good greasy breakfasts.
Situated right in the middle of downtown Claremont, this diner is an obvious favorite of the locals, and it appears to be family-owned and operated, since most of the cooks and waitstaff seem related.
The food is your basic diner breakfast and lunch fare: pancakes and omelletes are particularly good choices for breakfast. A number of delicious sides that are a little less usual include scrapple, kielbasa (usually deepfried) and baked beans. However, one of the best items are the home fries -- at any given time in the morning, half of the grill is dedicated to a veritable mountain of diced potatoes, which are carefully grilled until just crispy on the outside. Delicio.
