True the people serving you aren't out going , because they don't speak much english. The owner was VERY friendly when I brought my grand kids in. But I had no clue what he was saying LOL. He even gave them FREE bags of dounut holes! In this case I would judge on the food and the fact they get you what you want. Not on how out going they are after all dounut places are a get and go kind of place. Right?

Employee on night shift both makes donuts and serves customers but i have always found them friendly. The coffee is good and always some donuts that have just been made - yum!

My husband and I went in there the other day and they were very rude to us. It seemed as though since we were not every day regulars we were nothing. The person behind the counter had no customer service skills. We will NEVER return

We had come back from a trip and stopped.It was pretty good-the coffee was hot and fresh-but service--employees could learn some manners relating to patrons.
