Go to spangles if you want to get food poisoning. 's not the restaurant itself but the workers That work there that are lazy! Cook the food like if you were going to eat! Never again! I must've ordered number massive dump with the order of food poisoning!

Went to get the half priced burger on a Monday. Ordered a sourdough swiss bacon burger. Came home to eat it, it tasted funny. Ate 3/4 of it before I looked under the bun and found uncooked bacon. Now I'm wondering if I'm going to get worms or food poisoning. I had really bad food poisoning a year ago from eating at McDonalds and last summer from eating at Taco Bell. Now I'm worried that I'm going to get sick again which bites!! Thanks Rene and Spangles. Sorry I ate one of your burgers!!

I give this restaurant a rotten for the fact if you watch how they cook your burgers.. They will only cook one side 1/2 way through then put the beef on a hot plate cooked side down & wait for an order. They will put salt on the uncooked side to try to keep it fresh & it may sit there for some time. Just the thought is nasty.

All of you out there dumping on Spangles needs to get a clue! I would drive and have drove across the state of Kansas just to eat at spangels. there food is awesome and so is most of there staff. Yeah the commercials are anoying but come on they are just trying to keep there business known to everyone and more. And when you comepare Spangles to like MickyD's or other burger joints at Spangles you dont feel like you just ate a mouth full of greese. The fries are the best ever. The restaurant style is awesome and the kids love it. I love spangles i wish they had one everywhere. Wake up people.

While there are better places for a sit-down breakfast, Spangles is the clear drive-thru choice in Wichita and Topeka. I've always found their breakfast sandwiches to be fresh and hot, with a slightly larger size and better flavor than the usual competition.

The Spangles building looks like someone puked up the fifties, but in neon. The commercials are aweful and overplayed. The food is fairly good but I refuse to go there anymore b/c their commercials annoy me so much.

I live in Salina and the food and service has always been good. Food is a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. McDonalds it isn't--if I wanted that, I'd go to McDonalds. The only thing that keeps me from wanting to visit more often is those horribly annoying commercials. I'm wondering if they use the same ad guys as Conklin Cars. Seriously folks, a commercial for food that makes potential customers roll their eyes and grimmace, does not make anyone want to eat your food. Focus on the quality of food, rather than the sappy 'we want to include our kids and local talent' slant. You've got a good product, stress that in a professional way.

Spangles has great breakfast food. And I like that they are open after the bars are closed. And to Frenchfrilover. Don't blame Genesis because you forgot to read your membership agreement and did not give a 30 day notice to cancel your membership like every other health club in the country does. Get real!

I'm frustrated because I live out of town, went to Spangles during the evening and decided to have breakfast. I saw a 18 x 40 inch breakfast menu and ordered. Then they told me that only certain breakfasts were served all day. BUT it wasn't clear that the Value Meals are not served all day, only the main course. (That menu was 8 by 10 and still not clear about no value meal). I often eat at Spangles when I travel to Wichita but I'm not happy with the confusion associated with the breakfast menu. I assume that if it says Breakfast served all day and I see a huge menu where the hamburger value meals once were, that breakfast is available. Well, that wasn't the case at 6:00 pm, 11/27/04 on North Rock Road. Thanks for the opportunity to voice my opinion!

When I ordered I had to repeat the order, then I just checked the drive thru for the number of sandwiches which is the only thing right. My wife to be, order was completely wrong, She ordered a Philly on Sourdough and ended up with a Chili cheese burger. Both of our orders were very dry and not hot. My burger didn't get the cheese I ordered and then when I got home (5 Miunutes) it wouldn't even melt the cheese I put on it. She is not a Spangles fan to start with and the only reaseon I can get her to go is because I like the fries. After this experience, I't will be a long time if ever I can get her back and I'm not for sure I want to return....

They seem to get my order wrong at the drive-thru most of the time. I don't know if they need to get the speaker fixed or what, but I say my order very clearly...and they read it back, which I do not understand a word they say, so I just say ok. and I end up with stuff I didn't want. (this is the one at Central and Woodlawn)

I love the chicken Pitas! However, I hate the radio and TV commercials. The Bobble Head idea was retarded. You should not try and market both Genesis and Spangles in the same advertising. Seriously, you really don't care about making my burger special. If you really did care, then your cook would have made sure the burger wasn't undercooked. No big deal, it only takes about a day and a half to get over the sickness. I am sure it was just bad luck just like your sister company Genesis Health Club screwing me out of 2 months of charges after terminating my membership. However, the Bigtime Business Pro Rodney Stevens made it right by offering me one Free month Membership, free tanning, and all the protien shakes I could drink. Thanks but no thanks I will just take the $120 you owe me.Get Real!

Spangles has the best food in town. The best fries, the best burgers, and the Best selection. Spangles has more burgers than all the other places together.

However; The ketchup is AWFUL. It is some sort of low-grade, crap-generic ketchup. It isn't smooth like heinz. It looks chunky.

I love the Breakfast Club on Pita. But, everytime I Order the packets of Salsa with it, they don't put it in the sack(dive up) and I always trust them. (this at the Central and Tyler store) It happened again today. I requested salsa with my order and then again at the window. Ended up without, again. Customer service is lacking.
