Instead of all the reviews made by employees of Coffee and Cream, or so it seems, here is an honest review by a person who has been there numerous times because I lived right around the corner. It is the only place to go late nite in the area when you are hammered and you have about 2 hours to kill before you go home and your taste buds are nonexistent. Would never go there sober again. Omelets are thin and bubbly. Sausages are awful and sour. I think they are Jimmy Deans, the frozen ones. Homefries, dry and pathetically poor amount on plate. Service, slow. And prices are thru the roof!!! The only reason they are busy is because owners are a very well respected family locally and also own The Beef Barn which is attached next door. Not much more to say but you are better off going to MCDonalds for an Egg McMuffin or New York Lunch for some gaggers. Sad but true and you will save yourself about 10 dollars. I could go on but just getting so disappointed and infuriated thinking about this place. Amazes me that such a poor breakfast can attract so many people! Apparently the residents of North Smithfield have money to blow on such a low budget breakfast.

Waited 15 mintues for waitress to come to table. Had to get up and refill my coffee and my girlfriends tea. Waited about 45 minutes, then microwaved corn muffin came out, 10 minutes later, french toast came out and 15 minutes after that my meal came out, poached eggs, hash, homefries. Toast came 5 minutes after my eggs. The yolks were fully cooked, not runny at all. Very poor dervice, food was bland and tasteless.

Great service, amazing cooks, and an over all great restaurant with a really nice home style atmosphere, and a reasonably priced menu.

I really love breakfast and Coffee & Cream is always packed with people, which I really do not understand! There breakfast is just ok. Right around the corner on Eddie Dowling is a fantastic breakfast place called Early Riser. Everything is made just the way you order it and want to eat it! Very clean and the staff is very personable. I believe Coffee N Cream is a place to eat when you leave a bar at 2 in the morning... If you love breakfast you should try the place I mentioned it is only a min drive past stop n shop and you will always return. By the way the coffee is superb!!! Happy eatings:)

I love this place. It's so cozy and friendly. The food is not anything incredibly special, but its just consistently excellent. I have never been less than supremely satisfied by the food here.

Delicious food with wonderful service. My omelette was huge! Open late. 2nd best breakfast in Rhode Island only to Papu's Place in North Providence.

Warm and cozy place for locals - probably the very best coffee I've had in any place in the state. Great breakfast platters: pancakes, waffles, eggs benedict, combos.
