I'm not looking for 5-star, but the staff was snotty, the bathrooms are disgusting, and the tables are sticky. Bad show.

The Hub has been a favorite for me and my wife for many years. We went there last night, in fact, and the food was great and my oatmeal was hot! :)

i was there in 2008 on Sunday in July and the line was backed out of the door i ordered the ham and eggs with hash browns and all the trimmings and coffee. they had at lest 8-10 waitresses and our meals were hot when they came. i was so impressed with the food and service i have posted many posts on this fact.

i have know idea what your problem was as we and every one else there were totally satisfied. the place was jumping and the food was coming. the line getting in was at least a 15 min wait. actually i question the fact that you sir have even been to Utah let alone the HUB.

if you want a quite place to eat try Micky Dees.

My entire family stopped at The Hub Cafe for the 24th of July 2008. We had a large group and they sat us and then we waited and waited and waited. I got up and got everyone water. There wasn’t any background music and we could easily hear the other table’s conversations. The food was cold and bland. Our waitress was helping all the other tables and just left ours. It was obvious that they were understaffed. Our group consisted of 4 checks (4 couples). When we got our bills a gratuity had already been added to all our bills. I went to the cashier lady and told her that I did not get that much service to pay that gratuity. She got very upset and defensive and told me about how busy they are. I told her that I understood that they were understaffed but that I shouldn't have to pay for service that I didn't get because they are understaffed. The lady said some very rude things to my mother in law and me and called us jerks and told us to leave.

This is a hole in the wall with crappy food and horrible service. We were not asking for a free meal. We were asking to pay for the service that we got which wasn't much at all. Save yourself from wasting your money at this place and go to Wendy’s!

This place has awesome, huge pancakes! They're thick and fresh and the service is great. They also have other breakfast items, including some good biskits and gravy (my favorite). The sides are always good, too: Thick curley bacon, huge plate of hashbrowns, eggs, etc..
