Hobee's is pretty much another chain restaurant, but a step above Chiles and definitely better than Denny's. I would recommend the Mountain View Special Omelet. It's pretty much the only thing I eat when I go there. The special hash browns are also delectable. Nice place for a cheap budget.

First, don't expect a very clean environment. As I walked by the kitchen on the way to the restroom, I noticed a very messy and unhealthy looking area for cooking.
Secondly, make sure you don't need to use the restrooms as they have a tendency to leave them alone till they get absolutely disgusting. I usually find it in the same condition, busy or slow.
Service is slow. Don't come in a hurry, since you can usually count on waiting excessively for your basic food.
Next, is their quality of food. Expect Denny's replica food. The omelettes are just eggs with overcooked vegetables. Nothing special, and no flavor. Sandwiches are nothing special, and expensive for what you get. If you like extra-bland food, eat here. VERY basic for the price.
This is an over-rated, over-priced greasy spoon that serves a lot of unflavorful food. Oh, and they have these cakey-muffins, but every time (at LEAST 6-8) I have had one, they are very dried out, and taste like they came right out of Betty Crocker's box.

This has a large breakfast and lunch selection. Healthy breakfasts, awesome blueberry coffee cake!
