We ate supper there tonight 11/11/09. They have untrained, incompetent, and unprofessional waitresses. They are underage yet still served alcohol to customers. The waiter who served us sat at a table by the front door to eat a meal instead of bringing us our check that we had just requested. He "forgot" us. Sadly the food was ok, although it is pre-packaged, formula food served at nothing more than a retail outlet for wholesale food distributors. Nothing unique or special, particularly for Wichita, which has a strong variety of restaurants. Even the wine came from a box. We won't be back.

We may never know the true rating because we couldn't find the place. There was no address and we never heard of Tocs.

Suggestion:
Just like you require raters to fill in the blanks before submitting their review, you should require restaurants to provide their address.

I eat there almost every day and they are wonderful. I have never had a bad experience

This is a new place,but the eggs/coffee and toast I had were good.Asked once for coffee, but they were very pleasant.
